About Leah

I hold a Diploma of Kinesiology from the College of Complementary Medicine and Certification as an Intuitive Rebirthing and Channelled Energy-work Practitioner.

My interest in Kinesiology/Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the alternative healing modalities began in my early 20’s when I was on a search for answers to my personal challenges but my real passion for studying these modalities began after I had my two children who were both experiencing learning, emotional and behavioural difficulties. Once I made the life-changing decision to start studying Kinesiology/TCM, I became acutely aware of how my trauma was affecting my body, my emotions and my thoughts, is linked through our prior experiences and embedded in our lineage and how this trauma, when not exposed, felt and released, can lay under the surface, impacting and infiltrating the quality of one’s life, tainting the lens on how we view and respond to ourselves, others and the world around us.

My passion for learning and understanding the interconnectedness of the body, mind, emotions and spirit expanded my interest to explore various other healing modalities including intuitive rebirthing methods, counselling and sound and vibrational healing techniques. Combining all these modalities, through a holistic approach to healing, can assist my clients to safely ‘go within’ and honour their own healing journey’s, emerging into a renewed state of expansiveness and realignment. 

In each session, my aim and commitment is to hold a safe and sacred space for the acknowledgement, release and healing to occur and to empower my clients to re-discover more about themselves in order to move forward through life with more ease, calm, peace, presence and balance.
