About Leah

I hold a Diploma of Kinesiology from the College of Complementary Medicine, along with certifications as an Intuitive Rebirthing and Channelled Energy Work Practitioner, Access Bars® Practitioner, Massage Therapist, and Meditation Practitioner.

My journey into Kinesiology, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and alternative healing modalities began in my early 20s, when I was seeking answers to my own personal challenges. However, my true passion for this work was ignited after having my two children, both of whom experienced learning, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.

Choosing to study Kinesiology and TCM was truly life-changing. It opened my eyes to how unprocessed trauma affects not only our physical body but also our emotional and mental well-being. I came to understand how deeply our experiences — both personal and inherited through our lineage — shape our internal world. When left unacknowledged, this trauma can linger beneath the surface, distorting the way we see ourselves, others, and the world around us.

My passion for understanding the intricate relationship between body, mind, emotions, and spirit has led me to explore a wide range of healing modalities, including intuitive rebirthing, counselling techniques, meditation practices, massage,  brain neurology and sound and vibrational healing techniques. By integrating these modalities, I offer a holistic approach that gently supports clients to turn inward, honour their unique healing process, and emerge with a deeper sense of clarity, expansion, and alignment.

In every session, my intention is to hold a safe and sacred space — one where true acknowledgement, release, and healing can occur. My commitment is to walk beside you as you reconnect with your inner self and move forward with greater ease, calm, presence, and balance.

I am based in The Ponds, Sydney, offering both in-person and online sessions.
