INTUITIVE DISCUSSION - 10 MIN (COMPLIMENTARY)
During our face-to-face meeting, we will sit for an intuitive 'chat' (general intake) where you will have the opportunity to communicate your concerns and fears in a safe, held space from which we will set an intention for the balancing session.
GUIDED, EXPLORATIVE BREATHWORK, RELAXATION & VISUALISATION SESSION - 10 MIN
While lying down, I will guide you into the internal spaces, within your physical body, using a combination of guided relaxation, deep pranayama-abdominal breathing & visualisation. This will allow you to increase theta wave activity, increase vagal nerve activation and increase the overall PNS body system important for 'rest' and 'digest'.
THE BALANCING SESSION - 50 MIN
While lying down, I will use a combination of deep pressure and vagal tone massage to calm the nervous system, hold specific acupressure points to create an overall sense of peace within the body, rock the sacrum to release tension and the fight/flight response and hold emotional stress release points to help with fears and anxieties. I will also use intuitive ‘hands-over’ energy work and sound/vibrational healing tools to help balance the body's energy systems.
SNS BODY RESET & REALIGNMENT - 15 MIN
The healing session will end with a cranial massage to help bring the physical body into a state of feeling grounded, balanced and aligned for a complete mind/body reset.
