During our face-to-face meeting, we’ll begin with an intuitive 'chat' (general intake), offering you the space to share your concerns and fears in a safe and supportive environment. From this grounded connection, we will set a clear intention for your balancing session.
GUIDED, EXPLORATIVE BREATHWORK, RELAXATION & VISUALISATION SESSION - 10 MIN
While lying down, I will guide you into the internal spaces within your physical body using a combination of guided relaxation, deep pranayama abdominal breathing, and visualisation. This process supports the activation of theta brainwave activity, stimulates the vagus nerve, and enhances the parasympathetic nervous system — the body’s natural rest and digest state — promoting deep relaxation and restoration.
THE BALANCING SESSION - 50 MIN
While lying down, I will use a combination of techniques to support deep nervous system regulation and emotional release. This includes deep pressure and vagal tone massage to calm the body, holding specific acupressure points to create a sense of inner peace, and gentle sacral rocking to release tension and ease the fight-or-flight response. I will also hold emotional stress release points to support the release of fears and anxieties. Additionally, I incorporate intuitive ‘hands-over’ energy work along with sound and vibrational healing tools to help bring the body’s energy systems back into balance.
SNS BODY RESET & REALIGNMENT - 15 MIN
The healing session will conclude with a soothing cranial massage, designed to bring the physical body into a grounded, balanced, and aligned state — supporting a complete mind-body reset.
