What the healing process entails?

From the time you decide to have a healing session with me, you have already begun the work. You have sent a message to the Universe that your intention is to heal. The Universe ‘hears’ your call and responds.

I offer a variety of healing sessions. Whether you are looking for a subtle introduction to the healing energies, a gentle energy clearing for when you are feeling out of balance, tired and depleted of energy, a 'reboot' to regulate your nervous system or a deeper plunge into releasing emotional blocks and old beliefs that no longer serve you, my sessions cater to the needs of your personal healing journey.
