This gentle pressure massage is designed to promote deep relaxation by reducing stress, improving circulation, boosting mood, supporting the immune system, and enhancing sleep quality.
Throughout the session, I use soothing oils combined with long, smooth strokes, kneading, and circular movements on the superficial muscle layers, applying light to medium pressure.
The massage covers the back, neck, legs, arms, hands, feet, face, and head. If you’d like to include a stomach massage, please let me know beforehand to allow extra time—additional fees will apply.
