As part of my healing sessions, I offer a complimentary pre-channel, but I also provide channelled readings as a stand-alone service. In a 50-minute channelled reading session, I connect with your Higher Self and Spirit Guides to receive guidance and insight. Your Higher Self is the all-knowing, intuitive aspect of you — the part that exists beyond the ego and the analytical mind. I often liken it to your deepest sense of knowing — the quiet, inner guidance that always speaks truth.
Your Spirit Guides are your personal team of 'Light Beings', uniquely connected to you, who support and assist you on your life’s journey. During the session, my Higher Self and Spirit Guides connect with yours through a meditative, channelling process. In this deep state, I receive messages through clairsentience, clairvoyance, and clairaudience — messages Spirit wishes to lovingly share with you.
These communications may:
- Offer insight into areas of your life that need attention and alignment
- Reveal imbalances within the physical or subtle energy bodies

What to Expect:
To book a reading, you’ll be asked to send a recent, up-close photograph of yourself. This helps me establish a clean and clear energetic connection for a more accurate channelled experience. You will receive your reading in written form, delivered as a PDF via email. I also offer a complimentary (optional) follow-up phone call if you'd like to discuss the contents of your reading or ask any questions that may arise.
